Two bedroom cabins can accommodate 4 guests, three bedroom cabins can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Yes, we have a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights between Memorial Day through Labor Day. During the early spring and after Labor day there is a 2 night minimum.
If you make a reservation that is a year away or greater and you cancel it in the same year you made it, we will refund all of our reservation and open that week/cabin to anyone going forward.
Example, you reserve a week/cabin in May of the current year for the same week/cabin in May the next year and you need to cancel it in December of the current year, we will refund your reservation and open the canceled week/cabin up to anyone for the next year and future years.
However, if the cancellation is in the reservation year and you then cancel it, we will only return your reservation deposit only if we were able to fill the week/cabin vacancy created by your cancellation. As soon as we have a reservation deposit for the week/cabin vacancy, we will return your reservation deposit. We will also open that week/cabin to the replacement reservation for future years. However, if we are not able to fill the vacancy, we will not return the reservation deposit.
Example, you cancel your current year reservation and we must find another guest to fill the vacancy created by your cancellation. When we find another guest and they pay their reservation fee, we will return your reservation fee. However, now the guest who has filled the vacancy, will be offered the option to reserve the week/cabin for the future years. If we are unable to find a replacement for the canceled reservation, we will keep it.
The only amendment to this, is if you are a long time established guest and the cancellation is due to an emergency situation, we will offer to transfer the reservation deposit to the same week\cabin for the next year so that you don't lose your normal week and we will attempt to fill the current year vacancy.
Special Note, If you are a new guest and the cancellation results in a vacancy that we could not fill, any future reservation will require 100% upfront reservation payment.
